Candlelight and Playing Cards

This couple asked for a room lit almost entirely by candlelight: champagne satin linens, black bentwood chairs and scalloped chargers, and brass candelabras running down long banquet tables under a fully draped ceiling. Bud vases of white blooms and blue hydrangea kept the tables airy, while the bridal bouquet went moodier with blush roses, burgundy carnations, and trailing amaranthus. Personal touches carried the night, from hand-drawn playing cards tucked into each napkin to a champagne tower and a DJ booth dressed with the couple's cats.
